Phase 1
Interim Website Update
Initial Personas and their user flows for the marketing landing page
Phase 2
Sitemap & Userflow
Once the landing page was launched, we moved forward with the full website design. Our process began with research into Prvidr’s existing customers, products, and services. From there, we developed several sitemap variations—one product-focused and another solution-focused—to review with the client and determine the best direction for the new site. After some user testing with existing customers, we chose the solution-focused structure, as clients typically search based on the solutions they need rather than specific products.

Wireframes & Prototyping
Building on the solution-based sitemap, we created wireframes for each page with a strong focus on the solutions sections—such as Billing Management and Business Intelligence—highlighting the unique benefits of each. We also placed emphasis on the About page, showcasing the Prvidr team and company culture. This approach was designed to position the brand as people-focused, highlighting the real people behind the business. The wireframes were also developed into a simple interactive prototype, allowing for user testing across both desktop and mobile.

UI Design
The wireframes were then combined with the new Prvidr branding to create the UI design. Patterns from the branding guide were applied consistently across the site, ensuring a cohesive look and feel. I also designed animated versions of these patterns and exported them with Lottiefiles for integration into the website. These subtle animations added movement, helped draw attention to key areas, enhanced user engagement, and gave the site a more dynamic and modern feel.
Phase 3
Portal Review & Redesign
The existing Prvidr portal was also reviewed. While the technology and backend were already established, the user experience needed significant improvement. Through multiple rounds of discussions with developers and customers, we analyzed how the portal was being used and determined the best way to position each product. The entire portal was then redesigned with a refined structure and updated UI branding, creating a more intuitive and cohesive experience.

Manage Module page
Each of the four modules served a distinct purpose, so it was crucial to understand and analyze them individually, as well as how they fit together within the overall user flow. I considered how users would interact with each module across different stages and phases, and then translated these insights into the dashboard design and navigation to create a seamless, intuitive experience.
